needs to all parties, i.e. director of nursing, primary physician, family members, etc.
Provide Medical
Assistance as Needed
In an emergency situation, Immersive will send out medical support team i.e.
nurse practitioner, physician, or schedule home health to ensure resident stays out of the ER.
